WPC Age Group National Team Coaches for the 2025–2026 Competition Season

Water Polo Canada is pleased to announce the coaching staff for its Age Group National Teams for the 2025–2026 competition season. These accomplished coaches will lead our national programs as we prepare and compete at major international competitions this upcoming year (Team Managers and Therapists will be announced later).

19U National Teams:

  • Women’s Head Coach: Marina Radu
  • Women’s Assistant Coach: Krystina Alogbo
  • Men’s Head Coach: Cyril Dorgigné
  • Men’s Assistant Coach: Vladimir Ushakov

18U National Teams:

  • Women’s Head Coach: David Paradelo
  • Women’s Assistant Coach: Brooke Coburn
  • Men’s Head Coach: Andras Szeri
  • Men’s Assistant Coach: Gyula Toth

16U National Teams:

  • Women’s Head Coach: Hayley McKelvey
  • Women’s Assistant Coach: Rae Lekness
  • Men’s Head Coach: Maxime Crevier
  • Men’s Assistant Coach: Laszlo Hruza

Water Polo Canada’s 19U National Teams will compete at the 2026 Junior Pan American Championships, while both our 18U and 16U National Teams will proudly represent Water Polo Canada at their respective 2026 World Championships.
