Ottawa, April 2026 - Water Polo Canada is pleased to announce the National Championship League’s (NCL) 16U Western Conference Finals award winners, held April 3-5 in Edmonton, AB.
In Men’s competition, Surrey White?captured the title, defeating Team Sask, while Calgary Torpedoes Black finished in third place.
In Women’s competition, Team Sask?was crowned champions, with Pacific Storm?winning silver and Surrey taking bronze.
All-Star Teams were selected, at the conclusion of the Finals, based on nominations from team coaches, with final selections made by the technical delegate team present at the event. Individual awards were also presented to the tournament’s top goal scorers.

The NCL 16U Western Conference Finals are part of the Water Polo Canada National Championship League (NCL), created in 2014 to bring domestic club age-group programs under a national structure that promotes athlete development and high-level competition across Canada. The NCL currently offers competition in three categories: Senior, 18U, and 16U.
