WPC Announces its 2026 15U & 17U Women's & Men's National Development Teams
Water Polo Canada is pleased to announce that the following athletes have been selected to participate in its new National Development Team programs, at the Cadet (15U) and Youth (17U) levels.
The Men’s and Women’s 15U Teams will both travel to Barcelona, Spain to participate in intensive training camps, July 14 to 24, whereas the Men’s and Women’s 17U Teams will travel to and take part in intensive training camps in Patras, Greece (June 17 to 26) and Budapest, Hungary (July 14 to 24), respectively.
These exciting new initiatives mark an important turning point in the evolution of Water Polo Canada’s Age Group National Team programs, by providing expanded talent pools with an initial introduction to international programming.

Water Polo Canada has once again initiated its Age Group National Team (AGNT) fundraising campaign. Your support could help these athletes in achieving their sporting dreams and assist in the development of future Water Polo Olympians!
As a Registered Canadian Amateur Athletic Association (RCAAA), Water Polo Canada can raise donations and automatically issues official Canadian Revenue Agency (CRA) tax receipts for 100% of any donation of $20 or more received. Any amounts raised will be used to offset the total cost of each program, with the goal of reducing the cost per athlete accordingly.
