Youth National Teams


The National Youth Teams (U18) represent Canada at the Pan American Championships and World Championships. These athletes are monitored and selected across Canada through the Regional Development Centre programs, in accordance with the WPC athlete pathway. The Youth program runs on a two-year cycle in which selections for teams are made on an annual basis in each of the two years. The final event in year one is a Pan American Championship which serves as a qualifier for the final event in year two, the World Championship. Teams would be centralized prior to the events in addition to getting the opportunity to train together abroad.
